As a result, Valto have two announcements regarding growth initiatives for 2024.
Artificial Intelligence
Firstly, in response to emerging industry trends, Valto is set to pioneer the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
The company will launch a dedicated business unit focused on Microsoft AI solutions, encompassing Azure Open AI, Copilot, and SharePoint Syntex. This move reflects Valto’s commitment to helping clients navigate the transformative journey of AI.
Valto’s venture into AI solutions will bring forth a range of offerings, including AI readiness workshops, AI Bootcamps, and bespoke AI solutions. These initiatives are designed to empower businesses to harness the power of AI in their operations.

Expansion into the US market
Valto’s second growth announcement relates to an expansion into the United States. Valto will embark on a USA roadshow, fostering relationships with new customers and partners.
By mid-year, the company plans to establish a physical presence in the U.S., recruiting a local team and solidifying its commitment to the American market.
Strategic Partnerships:
Valto have previously seen success by forming partnership to offer services on behalf of partners that are either at capacity or do not offer said services.
As part of our 2024 growth opportunities, Valto seeks strategic partnerships with existing Microsoft Partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
These collaborations will play a pivotal role in sharing experiences and fostering trust, drawing from Valto’s successful growth journey in the UK.
Valto to invest 500k in 2024:
Valto plans to invest £500k in the first year of its AI practice to enable a team to be assembled and properly resourced straight away. Both the AI venture and U.S. expansion will be self-funded, utilizing a small amount of Valto’s cash reserves.
In tandem with growth initiatives, Valto is committed to employee development. Recruitment for the AI team and positions in the U.S. will provide growth opportunities for existing staff, aligning with the company’s dedication to nurturing its talent pool.
