Graduated from University of Chester with a bachelor’s degree. Managed accounts for numerous clients including, BT, Openreach and Marriot Hotels.
Avid NFL and San Francisco 49ers fan and enjoys playing racquet sports.
Over 20 years’ experience of delivering IT solutions across many industries including construction, hospitality, logistics, and public sector. Other than being a family man, Ben is a keen mountain biker, singer songwriter, and is a trustee of Top Church, Dudley.
Kieran has over 10 years experience across eCommerce and Web Design fields. His interests include Football, Boxing and MMA.
Graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a bachelor’s degree. Interests include music, reading and travelling.
Claire has a wealth of experience in Project Management doing various Change, Innovation and Project Management delivery roles. She has experience with working on multiple projects, managing multiple stakeholders and delivery timelines. Interests include spending time with family, warrior training, and pilates.
Graduated from the University of Brighton studying Computer Science. Interests include Martial Arts and Web Development.
Completed Level 3 IT Hardware and Infrastructure apprenticeship in 2014 and has subsequently achieved several Microsoft qualifications. Has experience working in several internal and MSP roles across the UK and Western Europe. Interests include Star Wars, Star Trek, and Lego.
Steve has been working with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint for over 9 years. He has completed several Microsoft qualifications including ISO 900, and has a Business Analysis (BA) qualification. Interests include spending time with family, good food, and the theatre.
Jay graduated from University in 2006 with a Degree in Computer Science and obtained an MSc in Software Engineering in 2017. He has been working in Software Development for 14+ years. Interests include spending time with family and friends, board games, and tasty food.
Josh previously worked for 2.5 years in an IT Support capacity. He has also completed a postgraduate diploma in Cyber Security and has completed several exams for Microsoft’s industry-recognised certifications. Interests include playing the piano, and keeping healthy by hillwalking.
10 Years experience in the IT Industry. Technologies include M365, Power Platform and SharePoint. Apart from spending time with his family and daughters, his interests include watching and playing in a range of sports but predominately football (Wolverhampton Wanderers).
Scott graduated from the University of Leeds with a MSc in Mathematics. He has recently achieved his PL-900 Microsoft qualification and is working towards his next one. His interests include watching films, running, and playing PC games with friends.
Daniel graduated from the University of Hull with an MEng in Computer Science, and has recently received his PL-900 qualification. His interests include reading, watching Rugby League, and playing a variety of computer and tabletop games.
Dave studied Computer Science at University. He has nearly 4 years’ of experience in the Microsoft 365 career space, and has worked in the majority of areas within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Interests include spending time with friends, football, and good food.
Tom graduated from Newcastle University in 2019 studying Business Management, and he is currently working towards an APM Level 2 Project Management Qualification. Interests include watching F1, Football and playing golf.
Rickie has over 10 years’ experience of IT development gained in the Retail, Finance and Hospitality industries. Interests include rock climbing, mountaineering and Liverpool FC
